Hello everyone, Staying organized has been
discussed as being one of the most difficult things to do, although I agree to
that, I think that with a little bit of effort we can easily eliminate the
difficulty.
Let's take a look at making a weekly planner, now
this is by paper, but you could always include this in your planner notebook or
even by hand! and hopefully I will focus on making a calendar which will work
very similar to this method, except on a much bigger scale and if thought about
properly, CHEAPER!
1) Lay out the Days
You can go for inspiration online, or design your
very own, layout the days of the week in a fixed pattern (portrait or
landscape) that way it's much easier for you to look through. Allow yourself to
write freely so give each day a good amount of space.
2) Add Ons
Maybe you have tasks or chores to do, preparing a
few TO DO lists, won't hurt. You may ask, why do you need to do lists if you're
already gonna put the things required for the week. Well, here's the difference:
Sunday:
- Dentist at 12:00
- Study Biology
- Haircut at 4:00
- Go out with Jacob :)
TO DO:
- Make bed everyday
- Clean counters before sleep
Okay... What is the difference? well from day to
day, you may have different plans, like we're not going out with Jacob everyday
now are we? although on to do lists usually its for the recurring daily tasks
like chores and homework, etc.
3) Include Goals
Now this isn't recommended for those who are living
a boring stress free life, like if you are working right now, you
may like it and is a piece of cake, whereas for others, it seems to be one of
the most hardest things in the planet. Goals help us reach where we lack in
life (ish) Here are examples:
- Reach 300,000 Followers!
- Get 100% on the Calculus Quiz
- Be on Honour's List
4) Have Fun Planning
At the end, it's all about you and how you want to
use the planner, this is just a way I showed, however there are endless ways
you can customise it, have fun and plan out everyday, check your plans everyday
and have fun with it everyday, you can put this inside your Binder, or on your
wall, or even make pages out of it.
Thank you for reading today's Blog, I hope you
enjoyed it, make sure to follow my google account, share it with those who are
in need of organization and make sure to check in next Tuesday. Baii!!!
